      Hey Rebecca,

My name is Taylor. So I see you posted about triple pisces+ and how to deal with the excellent lovely brillant empathy abilities we possess. That’s right, I use the first person plural form as I too have the Triple Pisces aspect (Rising, Sun, Moon) in astrology. Honestly, being the labeled as the “most spiritual” sign of the zodiac we must take this into account and use it as our advantage! Meditation in whatever form that works for you is what I personally recommend. Here’s what I do: I make time during my typical day and meditate, chant mantras, and refocus my feelings and thoughts. Empathy is always going to be there, so it won’t be going away anytime soon; however the way I truly have become more comfortable with these emotion-full times and moments is to change my perception of the way I organize my feelings. Those feelings can be organized in a certain fashion that transforms the feelings you have to inherit the leadership of any given scenario, and this organization (as odd as this sounds) gives you the freedom of choice that you’ve been looking for. If you are anything like how I was, you must have felt as if you consistently moved by the flow of life (Prana), rather than moving the flow of life.

Let me know if I can answer any other questions, I feel like your question could be a little more detailed… Thinking of becoming a life-coach, I could always use a little prep-training ^_^

      Shanti Shanti Shantihi,

      Taylor Sage

Having an abundance of Pisces placements in your natal chart can feel like a double-edged sword: on one hand, it blesses you with profound empathy, intuition, and creativity; on the other, it can leave you overwhelmed by emotions, susceptible to absorbing the energy of others, and prone to escapism. To thrive with so much Pisces energy, it’s essential to develop practices and perspectives that ground and support you. Here are some suggestions: (I too have Sun Moon MercuryAscendant in Pisces, so I get it!)

Grounding yourself daily will help manage emotional overwhelm.
      • Spend time in nature, especially near water, or engage in physical activities like yoga, dancing, or walking barefoot on the earth. • Work with crystals (e.g., hematite, black tourmaline, obsidian, etc.) to keep your energy clear and help you ground. • Strengthen your root chakra as you live mostly in the upper chakras, heal any beliefs related to the lower chakras especially root and solar plexus. Focus on strengthening your sense of safety and belonging in the physical world.

One of the biggest challenges with strong Pisces energy is absorbing others’ emotions and energies. Grounding yourself and setting boundaries are essential. • Prioritize your energy and recognize that you cannot save everyone. • Utilize visualization for protection. Imagine a protective light or energetic bubble surrounding you, shielding you from negativity. • Limit exposure to draining environments: Be mindful of spending time in chaotic or emotionally charged spaces.

Being so empathetic can lead to emotional exhaustion. Tools to protect and balance yourself include: Focus on your breath or senses to stay present and avoid being swept up by others’ emotions. • Regularly cleanse your energy field with Epsom salt baths). •  Use practices like smudging with sage, sound healing, or Reiki to reset your energy.

To counteract Pisces’ tendency toward escapism or drifting, lean into grounding, practical routines: Even loose routines can provide stability. For example, set aside time for work, self-care, and relaxation.  Routines may not be your thing but to keep you grounded to this reality, try to develop a daily routine and structure to keep you organized and focused . • Surround yourself with friends or mentors who bring stability (earth signs) or confidence and action (fire signs). Avoid being around people who are negative, judgmental, and unhealthy as you will naturally take on the energy of others so be mindful of the company you keep.

Having so much Pisces energy in your chart means living with heightened sensitivity, empathy, and intuition. To navigate this energy, grounding is essential, as it helps balance the upper chakras with the lower ones. Spending time in nature, practicing mindfulness, and engaging in physical activities like yoga can anchor you in the present. Meditation is beneficial but should not be used as an escape from reality. Alone time is vital for mental well-being, as you naturally absorb others’ energy, emotions, and even physical symptoms due to your porous energetic boundaries. Discernment is key—learn to recognize what is yours versus what belongs to others. Trust your feelings and intuition, as they are your guiding compass, even in a world where open-heartedness is rare. Take care of your lymphatic system to support emotional and energetic flow, and embrace your emotions as a gift, even when they feel heavy. Prioritize self-care, as your sensitivity makes you a powerful manifestor; if you don’t discern your feelings, you may unconsciously manifest the energy of those around you. Be intentional with your relationships and ensure the company you keep uplifts you rather than drains you. Your sensitivity is a profound gift—use it wisely and lovingly. Find creative outlets to channel your creativity and emotions! AGAIN, YOURE HERE TO FOLLOW YOUR HEART, not your head.

      Hope this helps!
