As per my birthchart, my signs are as follows

Sun Pieces

Moon Taurus

Ascendant Gemini.

My DOb is 5 April 1995.

But when I look into western prediction, my Aries it my sun sign as 5 April comes between 20 March and 22 April.

What is my aun sign Aries or Pieces?

You are mixing two different schools of astrology. By Vedic your Sun can be in Pisces and by Western, it will be in Aries. This is due to ayanamsa, which is taken into consideration when they calculate the vedic charts.
