I am already running on Debt and need to take more debt.
Already sold my whole Portfolio and assets still in need of some more money.
I am not able to control on my expenses.

You are running the period of Mercury and Rahu till March 2025. The period till March 2025 is not good. So you need to be very careful on the finance front. Avoid overspending and try to remove your debts. You are also in the period of Shani sade satti, it will bring severe problems for you if you do not control your expenses. Doing Shani puja will help.
