Refer your chart and my chart. Both are correct. You may be aware that rasis or signs are different. Houses or bhavas are different. Signs are 12 equal parts in the zodiac, where bhavas are imaginary divisions, as per the latitude of the place. Signs are used to know the strength of a planet, whereas the houses are used to get a particular matter such as marriage, finance etc. If you know, you can understand that sage Parasara advocated the principle to go by bhava chart only. In Krishnamurthi Paddhathi otherwise called KP system, Krishnamurthi jee has found that the house division as per Placidus system proved correct and so he adopted this, even though there are several methods.
In your case Moon is sitting in sign Virgo, but it is in 26° whereas the 2nd house starts at 25° 59′ which is deemed as Moon in 2nd house. Moon will give 2nd house results such as finance, self acquisition etc not about 1st house – self. Like wise other houses also.
You know that Moon is in 1st house. No. Moon is in the 1st rasi not house. I hope I clarified your doubt.

Your 1st house fell in Virgo. Its lord is Mercury. Mercury is the lord of 2nd house also. Mercury is in 9th conjoined with Saturn (5th and 6th lord) and Jupiter who is the lord of 7th and 8th.
3rd and 10th house lord is Venus. Venus is in 7th house.
4th and 9th house lord is Mars. Mars is in 4th house with Ketu.
5th and 6th house lord is Saturn. Saturn is in 9th house with Jupiter and Mercury.
