After going through what Sh. JVS Rao has written, I checked where the mistake has occurred w.r.t Lagna. I found that although the place of birth is west of Greenwich, the time zone followed is +1:00 Hrs which is east of Greenwich. An additional hour is added by the software for the period between March and October.
Once this anomaly is corrected, your Lagna is indeed Leo, not Cancer as I mentioned earlier. Thanks to Sh. JVS Rao.
You have already completed two thirds of Saturn dasa. In the remaining period from April 2025, you can expect better time compared to the present during the antardasa of Rahu. The last antardasa of Jupiter may again bring changes professionally while the health part will be better.
