I have been in the green card line since May 2010 in the USA and I have missed my chances 2 times where it came pretty close and then went back. I would want to know, given my Shani Dasha Shani bhukti, when will I get my greencard?

YOur lagna is Meena.
There are 4 planets in ninth house Vrischika.
Guru is in 9th house..
Guru is favourable for you.
But Guru period is over by january 2018.
Sani period started in Feb 2018.
Sani in 8th house,bad.
This period is not good as Guru period.
You missed two chances in Guru period.
