Research in biotechnology field
I study a course which gives two options after btech 1)software job
2)research in Bioinformatics and biotechnology fields.

Hello Manvita

after analysis your chart i have the following observations.
4th house is education and 9th for higher education- ruled by mercury and mercury is with sun and venus…and is retrograde.

Mercury is with 8th lord venus..and as such can also give research capabilities.

Lagan is meena lagan which is watery sign and gives good imagination ability.

Ketu which is exalted also occupies lagan- so research will be good.

8th house star lord rahu is occupying 7 which means there can be confusion.
Exalted sun being strongest planet in your chart.

Karmakaraka saturn in watery sign gives subject related to water…so biotechnology as well as using technology to dig information on biology is also good.

But I would recommend bio technology rather bioinformatics for research even though jobs in are of biotechnology are less compared to bio informatics.
