Dear sir
Your brother is not suitable for business if he has done in his own name. From January 2025 he will go for a job, like in educational institutions or hospitals. There are chances to be connected to Government or Semi Government.

Given birth-details seem to show afflictions to key celestials responsible for elevation/growth and/or high-positions in career. For instance, Lagna Lord Sun/Ravi is caught in a Planetary War or Graha Yudha with a strongly placed Karma-Karka Saturn/Shani-dev… who seems to have gotten torched for being in close proximity with Sun/Ravi.
Current Maha-Dasha is that of Venus/Shukra, the 10th lord of Karma-Sthana. He has below par Vimsopaka Bala in Dasha Varga, as does Sun/Ravi, Rahu and Ketu. These afflictions seems to be impeding growth possibilities the native might be looking for.
Given the situation, it would perhaps make sense for the native to consider propitiating afflicted celestials, as also offer special prayers on a regular/daily basis to (assuming you have not religious or other such inhibitions) Goddess Dhanalakshmi, with unwavering faith, bhakti/devotion and a strong Sankalpa.
