Getting name and fame has nothing to do with a govt. job or a private job. Swami Vivekananda, Satya sai baba or Rabindra Natha Tagore had any jobs worth mentioning in private or govt. service. Nor Mata Amritanda Mayi who runs many colleges had any govt. job or Private job.
So do not mix these things. You are nearing 35 years and getting a govt job is almost difficult. You can try it in the private sector.

Who told you that Rahu dasa is bad? In fact in your horoscope Rahu is a benefic. (Rahu 50.42 49.38 Benefic) though the benefic/malefic ratio is almost 1:1. That is not your problem really. Dasas will come and go.

Either you can run it on your computer and listen to it using an earphone or record it in your mobile and listen to it, again by using an earphone. Normally we do not cast the horoscope of a baby until she is 12 years old. Possibly it is due to the fact that till then she is under the control of the mother and the baby has to always be dependent on the Mother and any deficiency if any in the horoscope will make the mother unhappy which in turn affects the baby too.
