Do I have yoga of any chronic disease

I generally am always ill some time fever, leg pain have high BP issue, kidney stone and gastric problem please guide according to my chart

Your 1st, 5th and 6th cusp sub lord is Venus in the 11th house. It is good. It is in the star of Jupiter in 3rd and sub of Mercury conjoined with Moon. As Mercury is conjoined with Moon, lord of 8th, you will have always tensions.
