My son born on April 1, 2015 at 10.37 am in Mumbai has speech delay and is hyperactive. Need to know by when will he start talking? Please suggest remedies that may work for him. Thanks!

His Mercury is very weak and being the lord of 2nd house, his speech will be unclear and he could have speaking problem. Suggest you consult a speech therapist who could help you in his problem.
