With her unrivaled combat abilities, she was destined to defeat Mahishasura and restore peace. Maa Katyayani engaged in a violent combat with the demon, demonstrating tremendous courage and prowess. After a protracted battle, she eventually defeated Mahishasura, signifying the triumph of virtue. This victory is commemorated as a reminder of the goddess’s might and the significance of resisting bad forces.
