Hi,
It looks like the native has extreme anger issues… to the extent of not being himself (a completely different personality – like a dual personality), when he loses his cool/calm composure. So, it will be a challenge for him to manage/maintain and/or sustain a healthy relationship… both in personal and professional life. I’m inclined to think the situation has been brewing for a while with potential discord with co-workers and/or superiors.
Current time and immediate short-term looks a bit challenging. It would help for him to realize his nature, try his best to control himself (very easy for me to suggest and very difficult for him to change his nature), cut down on his pride/ego and be a bit flexible in his ways/expectations.

Thank you for your reply.So does that mean he will not get job at all? Behavioral suggestion I will let him know but can you not tell me by when he would get a job.We are really stressed coz of it.hanks!

Your husband is in the midst of Mercury/Budha (placed in his Neecha-Sthana or sign of debilitation) Maha-Dasha and Antara of Saturn/Shani-dev (Yogakaraka is ill-placed and in conjunction with Rahu, Mars/Kuja and Jupiter/Guru-dev).
As called out previously, current time is not really benefic and will be a bit trying/testing/challenging – naturally, he will be a bit stressed. There will be a couple of opportunities a later in the year. So, it would perhaps make sense for him to consider chanting the following verses for Koorma Avatara of MahaVishnu, from Dashavatara Sloka. In doing so, you would have propitiated both Maha-Dasha lord Mercury/Budha as well as Antara lord Saturn/Shani-dev.
