As per your horoscope you have Moon and Ketu in the 10th house which is the house of career and profession. Mercury is the 10th house lord and posited in the 3rd house with Sun and Mars. The horoscope is challenging on the career front. If you work 100 % you will get only 40 %. You can improve this by doing Ketu remedies and strengthening Mercury. The possibility of a job is very much after 15 February 2023. But stability will not be there till November 2023. Just be happy and satisfied with what you have and work for future growth.
