This Person is Manglik but Low
Please mention always date and month clearly else date may be mistook as month.
Generally Manglik Dosha is considered from the position of Lagna and Moon in the birth chart.
In the birth chart, Mangal is placed in Tenth house from Lagna, while in the Moon chart Mangal is placed in Seventh house.
Hence Mangal Dosha is not present in Lagna Chart while present in Moon Chart.
