First you should learn how to write two sentences well in English which conveys the meaning to others. I do not understand the meaning of your middle sentence.

That is not the way to ask that question. You are not comfortable with present, past and future tense. You should ask “Will I get a job this year?”

Now you understand why you are not getting a job? Your one sentence is sufficient to throw your application down.
