Since I have to take care of my parents ,it is not possible for me to move some other place for new job.
My question is –
Is there any hope to get job in my present city /birth city/place without relocation ?

Your career house is not very potent and is a cardinal sign and you will necessarily have to travel a lot long distance and a permanent job in your native place is very unlikely.
