When will i get marriage as per kundali? do i need to perform Kumbh vivah pooja ?

Jupiter in mercury star who is her 2nd lord, on natal saturn should give her marriage during first 4 months of 2019 or after sept 2019.
When Jupiter falls on natal saturn.
Current dasa is of venus and saturn till 2020 sept.
Saturn can give marriage. But being in mercury star is giving trouble.
