Your son was born on a Navami tithi. For this tithi, Leo and Scorpio signs are Dagdha (burnt) rasis. Their lords Sun and Mars are also considered as Dagdha. For the chart, Leo is the Lagna and the 7th lord of marriage Saturn is in Scorpio aspected by Mars.
In addition, Venus, the karaka for marriage, is in the 6th bhava in the bhava chart. This leads to his being in Marana Karaka Sthana.
A shanti for Mars and Sun and strengthening Venus by reciting Devi Laxmi stotras, wearing diamond ring or pendant can help.

The sub lord of his lagna is Venus. Venus is in 6th house (detriment to marriage) and applying to 7th house. Venus is in the star of Mars in 9th house and sub of Mercury in 7th house. Mercury is in the star of Saturn in 4th house and aspecting 8th house. All these factors indicate that this person is fond of pleasurable pursuits.
7th cusp (marriage) sub lord is Mercury. Mercury is lord of 3rd house (neighbours, short distance) and 11th house (acquaintances). Mercury is in 7th house. Mercury is in the star of Rahu in 8th house (unforeseen events, tensions) and in the sub of Saturn in 4th house (native place, status quo) Rahu is conjoined with Jupiter (5th house – romance, 9th house – frequent visits) and Sun (lord of 1st house (self) and 2nd house (self acquisition). Rahu is in a dual sign (Pisces).
The girl is already know to your family hails from a short distance and resides in your place. The boy frequently visits to their place. 7th sub lord Mercury (a dual planet) in the star of Rahu (being in a dual sign) gives you missing of one alliance. Given birth-time places Ascendent or Udaya Lagna just crossing over into the Zodiac sign of Leo or Simha Rashi, in a Cusp or Sandhi. Assuming the birth-time is accurate, it looks like your son has limited yogas for a happy married life. The delay in marriage is rather obvious and the birth-chart seems to be tending towards denial…
That said, current Maha-Dasha of Rahu (who has below par Vimsopaka Bala in Dasha Varga) will create feeble opportunities for marriage and more of hurdles/challenges in sustaining it. Presence of Venus/Shukra (calls for validation of the concept called Karaka-Bhava-Nashaya) and Mercury/Budha (who is not too comfortable or happy being placed in the 7th house of Kalathra-Sthana) will be detrimental for related significances. To make things more interesting, Rahu and Mercury/Budha participate in Sukshma Parivarthana, at Nakshatra level. So, the suggestion is to think through, consider suitable Vedic/Dharmic remedies and thread cautiously.
