Hi,
Given birth-details place your Ascendent or Udaya Lagna in a Cusp/Sandhi, at the edge of two Zodiac signs Libra/Scorpio or Tula/Vrischika Rashi – seems to have crossed over 3 minutes earlier. In other words, the shared birth-time is suspect (or rectified). Ideally, it would make sense for the birth-time to be evaluated.
That said, you seem to be in the midst of Jupiter/Guru-dev’s Antara, while inching toward the fag-end of Neecha or debilitated Saturn/Shani-dev’s Maha-Dasha – as per Vimsottari Dasha system. If the birth-time is really accurate, the current time (starting March 2024 and lasting till October 2026) should technically qualify as a Raja Yoga – a good period. To make matters more interesting, Saturn/Shani-dev has below par Vimsopaka Bala in Dasha Vargaand low Shad-Bala. So, the Raja Yoga would have weakened or gotten diluted to some extent.
On the sidelines, you are probably experiencing the effects of Sade-Sathi or Saturn/Shani-dev’s transit across natal placement of Moon/Chandra, diluting the Raja Yoga period further. Subsequent Maha-Dasha of a strongly placed Mercury/Budha in his Swasthana. But then, he participates in Sukshma Parivarithana with Rahu, at Nakshatra level. So, you’ll understand if I’m being skeptical.

If you are really serious and if I were to take the liberty, I think it would make sense for you fuel your enthusiasm and validate the said Raja Yoga, by putting in a lot focus/hard-work and best effort. In doing so, I think it would also make sense for you to set a clear/reasonable target and a hard timeline for achieving your goal.

Hi,
Please be aware, Mercury/Budha placed in his Swasthana would have probably enhanced your intelligence… but then, the association with Rahu would have invariably contributed to misuse and/or twisted thinking.
That said, I’d like to reiterate the need for more focus, hard-work, effort and dedication.

Yes. You are absolutely right. One of the astrologer whom I had consulted said that you will sit on on administrative position by 2026-2027.
