The Dasas and apaharams are dependent on the place where you are now resident and there is little point in doing such evaluation based on the place of birth. And to do so takes quite a lot of time and you cannot get free answers to such questions. However Sun Mahadasa will be fairly strong while Moon is quite a weak malefic.
