Lagan is Dhanu, Rashi is Scorpio. Moon conjoined with Ketu in the 12th house is not good. But the good thing is in his birth chart 4 planets are either exalted or in their own houses which is considered good. That should take him ahead in life. He is presently in the Saturn mahdasha period and Saturn Dhaiyya is also going on. This will be a challenging period till January 2026. He will certainly improve after this period.
