As per the horoscope of your husband he is in the main period of Mercury and sub period of Jupiter. Jupiter presently is in the 4th house as per his transit chart of 2023. Jupiter then moves into 5th house of investment in April 2023. This is a strong period for him and property gains are indicated in this period.
