Moon chart and Navamsha chart are two different chart. When we check manglik or Mangal dosha we study the birth chart and also the Moon chart. If a person is Manglik in any one chart , we call the person Anshik manglik or partial manglik. In your horoscope you are manglik from Lagan chart and the other person is manglik from Moon chart. Both are partial manglik. I hope you understood now.

However there are certain exceptions nder which despite Bhakoot dosha there is actually no dosha because like in your case as Aquarius and Capricorn are both ruled by Saturn , there is no Dosha . There are the exception to the rules.

Please let me know where I wrote that Aquarius-Capricorn Bhakut dosha will not be formed. Absolutely the Bhakoot Dosha is formed, however as both signs are ruled by Saturn and the grehmairti is good. Bhakut dosh can be ignored.
