Dear Sir,
My late father died without any will.We are 5 children.My younger brother(he is the last child) is enjoying the property-huge bunglow as his own as all others are settled in different cities.He has dared me that you(i)cannot do any thing as I reside 1500kms away from him.The said property is in Ahmedabad.
Can I go againt him to the Court and win this case? Pls help.
