Hello,
To cure your psychological disorder,daily have sunbath for
10mins.Wear only one nikker.You should not have pant or other
clothes on lower part of body.Similarly,you should not wear
bannian or shirt during sunbath.
After sunbath,you can have headbath with cold water .This is
not a must.
Stop all medicines.You will feel some difficulty in the first
four days.You can gradually reduce medicines.
