Sir from last few months I have faced too much mental anxiety and depression due to my family. Pl tell me when all things are getting back normal.

You are presently in the period of Jupiter mahadasha and Rahu antardasha from January 2020 to June 2022. You are also passing through a period of Shani dhaiiya which is never a good period. Rahu is in the 12th house and it brings mental, tension, unwanted expenses and also health issues. Doing the remedies of Rahu and Saturn will help.
