      My question is,will my mental health and the disorder i diagnosed improved or treated completely till the end of this year or will suffer and struggle for long period?

      Im doing therapy and got meds since feb.

      Thanx,do you suggest to continue psychotherapy and antidepressants or to search for alternative choices? The deep fall started around december and after i retired my job.
