  Request you to kindly analyse my chart for higher studies in computer engineering.abroad.
  
  Iam planning to pursue masters in US or Europe for post graduation in 2020 March.
  Now I have taken up the entrance exams . How does my chart support studies abroad.
  
  Will I get a job abroad after studies? Does my chart support permanent settlement abroad or will I return back to India .

  Try to get a Masters in Computer Science from any of the IITs or IISc. With that you can easily get a job overseas or in some good companies having overseas projects. There is little point in taking Masters from foreign universities.
