Hello,
Even if you are born in the last degree of Vrischika,
you will have qualities of Vrischika only.
Because it is last degree,it can be understood that
your lagna is weak.
Similarly,if you are born in first degree of Dhanur,
you wont get some qualities of Vrischika.

In the recent past, you have more interest to purchase a house and is not materializing.
You may get a chance to enter into agreement within 25-08-2018. But take all precautions before parting the money, as it is signifying 8th house (others’ money etc). I advise you to purchase it in the joint names of you and your husband.

sir in kerala the astrologers are saying that unless untill the lagna degree crosses 1 degree thay canot consider it as dhanu and the lagna will have character of two rashis and it gives confusing results like satrun gives the result of both 7th and 8th house ,kindly give clarity regarding this?i am confused

They are all called wayside fake astrologers if they say so. In fact Bhavas or houses are only to be considered numbered from 1 to 12. Those who do not understand the mathematics of Astrology only go by the Rasis or Signs. The naming of Rasis are just mythical. The same Rasis are called by some other names in English.
