Sorry sir, your answer does not help me. I agree that we are temporarily resident in this world but we need shelter to finish the responsibilities given by the almighty. My query was only to understand where(state)/in which direction should I look out for my permanent residence.

You will purchase a house in this year only. You will enter into agreement by the end of Nov 2018. You will enter into your house between the period Feb – June 2019.
