All ayanamsas are accurate in astrology. In India, we use mostly Lahiri while in the west they use mostly Tropical ones. The main issue is one must be consistent in using Ayanamsa while evaluating horoscopes.

I have noticed in b v raman ayamsha the fast moving planets will move to next houses like moon and mercury, hence this will affect predictions.
