      Hello, I constantly suffer from anxiety and depression, also had panic attacks.  Why these are happening, please see my chart, tell me some remedies

      Seven planets are very weak and malefic in your horoscope. This is what is causing you all the problems. Suggest you visit Badrinath and Kedarnath temple and seek their blessing during next summer. If possible make a chardham yatra 2022.

      Sun and Mars are Benefic planets, but Mars has no strength. You are now running Sun Mahadasa till mid 2023. Make the best out of it.
