He is having development delay. He is undergoing therapies for it.
He is unable to understand basic language too.

In the horoscope of your Son, the second and third house lord Saturn is in the 12th house, which is not good as it is the house of expenses on medicines. Moon is conjoined with Rahu. Rahu aspects Mercury, the planet of communication. He is presently in the Ketu mahadasha and antardasha of Mercury. There are issues with development due to Moon and Rahu conjunction. There will be improvement after January 2022. Doing Rahu remedies will help.
