Saturn rules the 10th house of Career and for past some time, Saturn has been in the grip of Rahu (North Node of the Moon) and thereafter it was retrograde. When ever a planet is Retro, especially malefic they end up giving adverse results. Now Rahu is moved into Virgo and Saturn is at 23 degrees in Libra. In November it will move into Mars. Although Saturn in Mars sign is not very good, but Saturn will aspect the 10th house promising a job. One thing I have noticed in your horoscope that you have Kemdrum Dosha in your horoscope, that is when Moon has no planet on either sides.
You should recite Vedic Mantra ” Om Namaha Shivaye ” with a Rudhraksh Mala while sitting in a Yogic Posture 108 times daily. That will be 1 Mala to start with and surely you will strengthen your Moon which is very important as it governs the mind, emotions and sentiments.

You have to find out the correct Birth time for correct matching. Mangal dosha is very Major aspect of horoscope matching and as it is you have Bhakoot and Nadi, no astrologer will recommend marriage. And if you also have Mangal dosha , it will complicate things further.
You should get the time checked by what is called Birth Time Rectification Method. Then see if the Bhakoot Dosha gets Cancelled and that the Nadi dosha is not part of the Nadi Paad Vedha Chakra. Nadi Padha Vedha chakra means full Nadi dosha. If it is Full Nadi then certainly problems in relation to children can be there. If there is no Nadi Padha Vedha Chakra then there are strong chances that despite Nadi Dosha you will have healthy children. I give remedies for both scenarios.
If Bhakoot dosha gets cancelled then you may add 18 + 7 points in your horoscope matching. That way your total Ashtkoot guna milan score will be 25 out of 36. Higher Ashtkoot guna milan score indicates better compatibility and better changes of marriage.

With the time of 22:00 you are a Leo and with 22:01 you are a Virgo. So that is what I say when I say that you are born on the CUSP. Therefore you would have traits of Leo and also Virgo, but for marriage at a later stage you should know your correct time because 22:00 would make you Manglik and the 22:01 would not make you manglik. Thanks for your visit to our Astrology Forum. From your horoscope I can make out that you do have a vast interest and knowledge about Horoscopes. Chances of marriage are very much there in your horoscope because you have Rahu in Gemini in the 3rd house, conjoined with 7th lord Venus. Rahu and Venus in the 3rd house of initiative indicates that you need to push for things to happen on this front.
However marital happiness may not be fully promised as Rahu aspects the 7th house and Mars is posited in the 7th house. Jupiter the karka for husband is posited in the 7th house. Jupiter conjoined with Mars is good for marital life but bring delays and not strong mental communication between the partners. Jupiter the kakra or the significator of husband in 7th house is not good because what is called “Kakra Bhava Nasha” the rules of Vedic astrology by Sage Parashari where it indicates that Kakra or the significator if siting in the house or bhava ruins the good results of that house. With Jupiter and Mars indicate that energy in the relationship and fondness for each other is there but the relationship will lack committment.
Regarding your other question, Yes Nakshtras are very important for predictive astrology. KP Astrology from Shri. Krishnamurti is purely based on Nakshtras.
Regarding the relationship of the Boy and his parents, it is better to study his own horoscope rather than predict from your chart.
