Looking at your chart I can see that the rashi of both is Virgo or Kanya. Both are born under Uttara Phalguni Nakshatra charan 4, which means that there is complete Nadi dosha. Nadi dosha is not good and it brings health problems and also problems in conceiving and having healthy children. You should perform Nadi dosha puja before having a next child.
