Life is a revolving wheel and the fulcrum is the Lagna at your time of birth. The offset from the centre is what determines how the revolution of the wheel of life will be which is what you are going to experience in your entire life. It will not change by transitory effects of planets since there cannot be two fulcrums for a revolving disc. To my mind, looking at transitory effects is meaningless. Perhaps other experts can guide you on your question.
