In manpower consultancy you naturally will have tough competition and a poor sixth house is not going to help you. I would recommend to use your expertise in related jobs like HR Management or Public relations with a company or group if possible.
Your Jupiter in the horoscope has no potency at all, in fact very weak and coupled with a weak moon indicate that you are not very good in application of logic, intuition, mathematical intelligence etc. required for working in the IT field except in the form of marketing or non software development activities. However you have a strong Career House and will get a job after August 2014 though the returns therefrom will not be conforming to the amount of work done.
