Looking at your horoscope we see that Sun rules the 10th house of career and profession. Sun is also the karka for govt. Sun is debilitated in the D9 charts which is not good. 10th lord Sun is in the lagna. Possibility of high position job like Civil services are there, however as Sun is debilitated you will have to work very hard to get the desired results.
