It will depend on the place where you are going to migrate. The native place where you are born is what is decided by God and it is your option for betterment that you plan to settle down somewhere else. The whole horoscope will undergo changes once you decide to move off to a distant place based on the longitude and latitude of planets of the place you intend to move to. Natal horoscope will work for around 500 to 750 kms of radius from your birthplace.
Transit horoscope to foreign countries will have to be calculated just like the natal horoscopes are calculated. You will have to come through Paid consultation to have such transit horoscope for any place. Just mentioning Canada will not suffice. You will have to say which province of Canada too. You can then compare the evaluation with your natal horoscope to find out whether it will be good or bad.
