      Hi Sir,

      My son Nihanth is 3 yrs and 5 months old. He is yet to speak atleast single like amma.. and to learn about his basic needs. He is very adamant and not even calling mom. Im worried a lot will be become like regular child development activities and how about his health and studies. Please advice. Thanks in advance.
