Ketu at present is in your 3rd house which is the house of efforts. It means that the results of your efforts will not bring desired results. Otherwise in the long run you have exalted Sun in the 10th house, which should bring you lot of name, fame and recognition in life. Bhagesh Jupiter is in the 11th house which is also good. Casting your birth-chart using the details provided, it looks like Udaya Lagna or Ascendent is placed in the Zodiac sign of Cancer or Karkataka Rashi. Lagna Lord Moon/Chandra is placed in his Neecha-Sthana or sign of debilitation in the Zodiac sign of Scorpio or Vrischika Rashi.
Given that Moon/Chandra is posited at the edge of the Lunar Constellation of Vishaka Nakshatra, ruled by Jupiter/Guru-dev, you started your life with a few months of Jupiter/Guru-dev’s Maha-Dasha (as per Vimsottari Dasha system). The next 19 years from August 1989 to August 2008 was that of Saturn/Shani-dev’s Maha-Dasha. You are currently in the fag-end of Mercury/Budha Maha-Dasha.
