My brother who got married in 2011 , is now suffering mental harassment due to his wife.
She tortured him verbally for divorce with daily fights but not giving divorce. He is now separated from her and living with my aged parents. Everyone is worried in my house , i got married but unable to see my brother suffering in pain due to his wife’s mental torture. She mentally harasses him in all ways even after he separated from her. Divorce process is in progress.
1. Will she grant divorce in mutual terms, when the case might end with grant of divorce?
2. Is there a chance of second marriage in his life ?
3. Is it possible for love marriage in his life or we should plan another arrange marriage for him . First marriage is pure arrange marriage.
4. Parents are aged more than 70 and very worried about him.

Given birth-details place Ascendent or Udaya Lagna in the Zodiac sign of Aquarius or Kumbha Rashi…Rahu and Saturn/Shani-dev co-lord the house. Rahu seems to be placed strongly in his Uccha-Sthana or sign of exaltation in the Zodiac sign of Gemini or Mithuna Rashi. But then, he is placed very close to Mrityu Bhaga. Saturn/Shani-dev also seems to be placed strongly in his Uccha-Sthana or sign of exaltation in the Zodiac sign of Libra or Tula Rashi. But then, he ruled the 12th house of Vyaya/Losses and is posited in the Lunar Constellation of Swathi Nakshatra, ruled by Rahu.
Sun/Ravi, the 7th lord of Kalathra-Shanta or spousal relationship is placed in the Zodiac sign (towards the extreme edge) of Scorpio or Vrischika (a Jala Tatwa) Rashi and very close to deep Gandanta degrees, indicating challenges in spousal relationship.
He is currently in the midst of 6th lord of Debt/Disease/Litigation Moon/Chandra (placed in his Neecha-sthana or sign of debilitation) Maha-Dasha (from April 2018 to April 2028), after that of troublesome Sun/Ravi Maha-Dasha (April 2012 to April 2018).
Besides all these, Venus/Shukra and Mercury/Budha being closely conjunct a powerfully placed Ketu in the Lunar Constellation of Moola/Mula Nakshatra, ruled by Ketu is a cause for concern. Incidentally, both are flanked by Krura Graha, forming a strong Papakartari Yoga. To me, this aspect could very well be the root (Mula/Moola) of the native’s problems. In any case, it would perhaps make sense for him to consider propitiating Sun/Ravi and Ketu.

The native’s 6th lord Moon/Chandra is placed in his Neecha-Sthana or sign of debilitation and 10th lord is placed in his Uccha-Sthana or sign of exaltation, forming a pretty good Jaya Yoga. So, there is a good chance of winning lawsuits. But then, in this particular case, I’m inclined to think the native might end up winning the case (if pursued) but losing in the overall scheme of things. So, I would hesitate to advise engaging or pursuing such an option.
Further, it would make sense for you guys to try and get a better understanding of intricate details, instead of blaming the native’s wife – she probably had good reasons for her actions or behavior. Hence, it would make sense for the native to reflect on his inadequacies (if any).

In your brother’s chart 7th cusp (marriage) sub lord is Mars. Mars is the lord of 2nd and 9th house. Mars is in 11th house. Mars is in the star of Moon (lord of 6th house – separation) in 9th house. Moon is conjoined with 7th lord Sun. Moon is in the star of Mercury (lord of 5th) (a dual planet) in a dual sign. This is the indication for second marriage. Mars is planet for foolhardiness. Sun is for authority. Moon is for wavering. So the wife would be foolhardy.
Moon is in the star of Mercury in 10th house and Mercury is conjoined with Ketu and Venus. Moon is in the sub of Saturn in 8th house (discomfort). The mindset of your brother is a discontent fellow. He will not satisfy so easily. Even if he gets what he wants, he will not satisfy so easily. He is a lethargic. He postpone things so easily and always feel discomfort. It is a minus point in his chart.
His lagna cusp sub lord is Venus in 10th house. He is handsome. But Venus is in the star of Ketu and sub of Saturn. Ketu is a planet of dissatisfaction or vyragya. Saturn is a planet of postponement. The 6th house is the house for court cases. The lord of this house Moon is debilitated in the 10th house and is sitting with the 7th lord (the house of marriage) Sun and Jupiter. The owner of this house is Mars who is exalted in the 12th house of loss and is aspecting the 6th and 7th houses. Mars is also in the nakshatra of Moon. Saturn and Jupiter also aspect the 6th house.
Mars in the 12th constitutes Kuja dosha. I do not know if the girl’s chart also had this dosha or not.
The boy is running the dasa of Moon and the current antara is of Mercury. Mercury as the lord of 5th can give a quick closure to the court case. At the same time as the 8th lord, it can prolong it more. Given that it is in close conjunction with Ketu and sitting in the house of its enemy Mars, it is likely that the latter option will prevail.
The antardasa lord Mercury activates Rahu along with the 5th house. This can lead to romantic associations but may not convert to marriage. The 5th house Rahu also contributes to Sarpa dosha. It is suggested to perform Sarpa Samskara puja. (This puja is not to be performed by persons whose father is alive. The father can perform it for the son with a scankalpa for the dosha nivarana for the son).

@JVS Rao @TKC – will out of court settlement work , her harassment is in peak level . My brother was working out of station , she entered my fathers house and stayed there in the locked first floor. Broke it and now threatening my parents, not leaving the house. Tried through police and all means but no one is ready to help considering the civil and marital disputes – technically when case is in court , she shouldnt trespas the house. Everyone suggesting to speed up the cases. My brother is trying his level best, but for past 4 days she is in our parents house. parents due to fear left the house and staying in my house. Everyone is in complete distresss.
Any advice based on current chart patterns ? Thanks !

Please share since when your brother working/living away from hometown. I’m inclined to think it might be sometime after start of his Saturn/Shani-dev’s Maha-Dasha from August 2022.
Also, let me/us know since when the couple are separated and why the lady might not have accompanied or why (and since when) they have not been living together.

@Buddy Sir , Technically from December 2022 , he goes on short trips abroad . Similarly he went away in october first week of 2024 , during that time she entered the house of my parents. He stayed in first floor of my parents.
They are separated for past 4 years , she is living in her independent flat and he lives with my parents house (first floor).. . He left her 4 years due to her continuous torture/harassment.
One more note , sh3 left my parents house after receiving some amount of money . We tried all means like police, local political folks but had to finally settle for money through a mediator.

@Buddy ,, Sir. From December 2022 , he travels to foreign countries on short trips. Similarly he went during first week of october 2024, during that time she entered my fathers house. Basically he stays in first floor of my fathers house.
They are living separately from Sep 2020, he only left the house unable to bear the harassment and abuses . It was a rental premises.Now she bought a flat and living there, while my brother is living in parents house (separately in first floor)

The lady seems to be inching towards the fag end of Saturn/Shani-dev’s Maha-Dasha and in the midst of Rahu Antara…who seems to be contributing to her current outlook (personality) and shenanigans. For the records, Venus/Shukra having low Shadbala or being placed in the 12th house , 12th lord Sun/Ravi being placed alongside Udaya Lagna or the prominent 12th house associations (directly or indirectly being activated) is a good sign.
All said and done, Mercury/Budha being placed strongly in his Swasthana and Moola-Trikona alongside Udaya Lagna is a big redemption and savior. But then, she might also be misusing the God given intelligence.

You are still 19 years old. We will think about married life later. You are a man of tensions and postponements. You are most independent and will not cherish the ideas of others. Your 1st house (self) sub lord is Rahu, who is in 12th house (detriment to 1st, secret enemies). Rahu is in the star of Ketu in 6th house (open enemies) and Rahu is in the sub of Venus in 10th house (social status, reputation) . Venus is in Mars star and Mars is in 9th house (Father, higher education etc).
So you will gain enemies through your efforts. Your father also becomes bad because of his advice. But you are brave and maintain social status and reputation.
Because of Saturn you will be happy in your studies.In this period I hope you try to go abroad and you will succeed. Rahu as a node signifies Mars, is in 12th house. It is weak. Mars gives ferocious nature and aspecting Saturn and Moon. It causes frustration. Retrograde works in horary charts only, not in birth charts.

There are many reasons why you are confused and thinking of the future. One of the main reasons is the 12th house of your chart. Rahu occupies the 12th bhava in the bhava chart, Saturn, Mars and Jupiter aspect it. Saturn is a badhaka for your chart, Jupiter is associated with rogasthana along with Venus, Moon and Mercury, Mercury and Saturn are in an interchange of signs. Mercury is also in Rahu’s nakshatra, Jupiter in that of Mars. The net effect on the 12th house is very murky. (I tend to think you are haunted by various and peculiar dreams as well). On top of this you have the Moon close to Saturn as also the Sun and Mercury representing the intellect are both in the nakshatra of Rahu. Transiting Rahu is also in your 12th in Saturn’s nakshatra.
You are running the dasa of Saturn too.
Reciting any Navagraha Stotra daily will help. So will visiting temples of Lord Shiva. A few minutes of meditation daily will also help.
