You are in the fag end of 3rd and 12th lord Mercury/Budha Maha-Dasha… in the Antara of Saturn/Shani-dev. In my humble opinion (unless I’m missing something very obvious), time-period (Dasha-Bhukri), planetary placements nor transits are supportive of promotion in the immediate or near term.
