Given birth-details of the younger child place Ascendent or Udaya Lagna in the Zodiac sign of Capricorn or Makara Rashi. Lagna lord Saturn/Shani-dev is placed very close to Mrityu Bhaga is not a good sign. Incidentally, Saturn/Shani-dev also co-lords the 2nd house of Speech. Jupiter/Guru-dev is the 12th lord of Vyaya/Losses/Hospitalization/Medical Expenses etc. & 3rd lord of Communication – he is placed in his Neecha-Sthana or sign of debilitation is not a good sign either.
The child is currently in the midst of Roga-Karaka Mercury/Budha Maha-Dasha. He is conjunct Naisargika Aarogya-Karaka or natural signifiger of Health Sun/Ravi, placed in his Neecha-Sthana or sign of debilitation… more importantly they are conjunct Badha-Karaka Mars/Kuja. On the sidelines, conjunction of Saturn/Shani-dev and Jupiter/Guru-dev is an indication of atrocities against innocent and noble creatures in the past life, that can manifest as problems in this lifetime. Further, it looks like the child has undeniable anger/temper issues, along with a wandering/wavering mind, lacking focus (not to mention Sade-Sathi or Saturn/Shani-dev’s transit across natal placement of Moon/Chandra)… that have the potential to create havoc in his life.
