This appears to be an ego clash involving both parties and the groom’s mother also.

Disclaimer: Request you to kindly bear with me and feel free to ignore anything that is not your taste or liking. My response below is my personal opinion, based on my understanding of the birth-charts. Please feel free to seek as many alternate opinion from others.

A quick review of your birth-charts indicates inherent challenges… Below are a few observations relevant for the stated problem:
In the husband’s birth-chart:
1. Ascendent or Udaya Lagna is placed in the Zodiac sign of Sagittarius or Dhanur Rashi, caught in the Rahu-Ketu axis… and more importantly, (5th &) 12th lord of Vyaya/Losses Mars/Kuja seems to be placed right on top of Udaya Lagna is not a good sign. This would have made the individual an angry and short-tempered young man and having two malefics along side Udaya Lagna is not preferred.
2. Lagna Lord Jupiter/Guru is placed in the Zodiac house Libra or Tula Rashi. He has below par Vimsopaka Bala in Dasha Varga. Both Jupiter/Guru-dev and 7th & 10th lord Mercury/Budha are too close to  current Maha-Dasha lord Sun/Ravi for comfort. They seem to be torched or combust for being in close proximity. Incidentally, they are posited in the Lunar Constellation of Vishaka Nakshatra, ruled by Jupiter/Guru-dev.
3. Current Maha-Dasha lord Sun/Ravi (as per Vimsottari Dasha systeam) is neither comfortable nor happy being placed in the 12th house of Vyaya/Losses.
4. Moon/Chandra is also placed in the 12th house…his Neecha-Sthana or sign of debilitation, along with Venus/Shukra.
5. There is a good chance of the native travelling to a distant/foreign land. It would also help the couple (and specially the lady/wife to) live outside a nuclear family (and lady/wife to stay away from in-laws).

In the wife’s birth-chart:
1. Ascendent or Udaya Lagna is placed in the Zodiac sign of Sagittarius or Dhanur Rashi. Saturn/Shani-dev is Vakra or Retrograde and placed alongside. He is neither comfortable nor happy being placed there and will be detrimental for related significance. Maandi and Gulika hoovering around is not preferred either. To make matters worse, Mars/Kuja, the 5th & 12th lord is placed diametrically across in the 7th house of Kalathra-Sthana. He also is neither comfortable nor happy being placed there – he too will be detrimental to related significations. This particular aspect would have made the native extremely temperamental. The uncontrollable anger, whenever she loses her cool has the potential to break/burn down anything she herself might have meticulously built and cherished all her life. It would make it very hard for the native to live together with her in-laws… would probably be better for the native and in-laws to live away from each other.
2. Lagna Lord Jupiter/Guru-dev is placed in the 6th house of Roga-Sthana, along with nasty Roga-Karaka Venus/Shukra, strongly placed in his Swasthana. Incidentally, they seem to be placed too close for comfort. In fact, they seem to get into a Planetary war or Graha Yuddha. Incidentally, Jupiter/Budha has below par Vimsopaka Bala in Dasha Varga.
3. The native is currently in the midst of Venus/Shukra Maha-Dasha and Antara of Jupiter/Guru-dev – as per Vimsottari Dasha system. Venus/Shukra is neither happy nor comfortable being placed in the 6th house of Service/Disease. Mercury/Budha, the 7th & 10th lord (as also a Badha-Karaka) being placed alongside Roga-Karaka Venus/Shukra will make the native susceptible or prone to Evil Eye and Black Magic.

All said and done, I’m inclined to think Lagna Lord Jupiter/Guru-dev (in spite of his weakness) will hold the marriage and couple together. It would make sense for the concerned parties to offer special prayers to current Maha-Dasha lord and Jupiter/Guru-dev on a regular/daily basis, as also work on being patient/calm.
