Your 1st cusp (self) sub lord Venus is deemed to be conjoined with Ketu in 8th house (disappointments) and in the star of Moon in 8th house. So your lagna became weak. So what all you do good to anyone it will turn to be bad. Ketu is a planet for dispassion, detachment. So in general you always feel that someone is not treating or caring you properly.
7th cusp (the person with whom you deal) sub lord Moon is in 8th house. Moon is signifying 8th house through her star lord and 4th house through her sub lord. So there would be dissatisfaction to you with the house members also. Once you part with the money, you can not recover the same. So be cautious. Don’t be as surety to anyone. The burden you have to bear at a later date.
