It all depends on what is the strength of Mercury and Venus in the horoscope taking into consideration, their benefic/malefic nature and exact positions or their longitudes in the house and whether they are having aspects of other planets etc. Trying to predict anything just by looking at the placements of planets in a 30 degree division of the zodiac is fool hardy and will lead to all sort of misinterpretations of the axioms of astrology.
