Ongoing family and health problems

      Things have been very difficult in the family since last July 2013 with mother-in-law suffering from mental health disorders, being abusive and difficult with me. My own health has also not been good. This is causing problems in the family. There is a lot of stress and tension at the moment. How can we improve this and when will it change?
