Avanti, Yes,there is a yoga to acquire property abroad.In your husband’s chart he is running Jup-Ven period.Jupiter is placed in the 4th house and Venus is placed in the star of Jupiter which is in the 4th house.On top of that Venus is the 3rd lord(4th from 12th) and is placed in the 4th house in Navamsa.
